ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a Financial Services Advisory Firm providing strategic advice and execution for acquisitions, divestments, and other financial services, is seeking for a seasoned Corporate Finance Senior Associate to join them with a fixed term contract and support their activities.

Corporate Finance Senior Associate (1-Year Fixed Term Contract) (Ref. code: 5352/CFSA/ESS/GR)

An excellent opportunity for a highly skilled financier to join an eminent Financial Services Advisory firm, for a fixed-term position of one year at least, with opportunity to participate in a critical project and work closely with various high-profile stakeholders and investors.

Principal accountabilities:

Collaborate with the team lead to engage in effective communication with potential investors, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
Contribute to discussions and presentations during investor meetings.
Prepare financial statements for submission to potential investors.
Assist in the creation and preparation of presentations for potential investors and the formatting of financial information.
Review and edit company reports, ensuring accuracy and methodological integrity in the reporting process.

Candidate’s profile:

Proven strong experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
Mastery in financial analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
Solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s / MBA is ideal and advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
Fluency in both English and Greek is required.
