Job Purpose
As a P2P (Purchase-To-Pay) Associate, you will be a member of Finance Business Services Department report to PTP Manager and actively assists in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits and accounting analyses related to inventory management. A small idea of your daily tasks
- Support the process of company’s shrinkages (unknown and destructions), so as all transactions are being properly recorded, while provides accurate and timely reporting
- Assist on the process of proper accounting treatment of all expenses from stores or warehouses and the physical inventories for stores and warehouses process
- Report the results from physical inventories that take place to stores and DCs
- Contribute to the company’s inventory process, along with provisions (shrink-obsolete) and update the company’s ledgers
- Prepare reports related to own duties that are communicated to the PTP Manager and/or to other Divisions, regarding shrink, stock/inventory, suppliers reconciliation etc
- Perform all controls related to the role
Who we are looking for
- BSc in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relative field. MSc in Economics or Business Administration would be considered an asset
- Working experience of 2 years in a relevant field. Experience in retail or FMCG industry would be considered an asset
- MS Office literacy. Knowledge of SAP (retail/inventory management) and Power BI would be considered an asset
- Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
