About the company:

A Leading multinational manufacturing company is currently recruiting the role of Management Accountant.  The primary activity of the company is the production of metal cans. It is the market leader in Greece serving the biggest International and Local Customers mainly in the food and chemical sector, through its two factory sites.

What you will do:

• Ensure timely accounting entries, follow procedures for costing in all ledgers
• Submit tax reports in time, ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with auditors, complete relevant tasks within deadlines
• Contribute to Annual Planning with emphasis on Cost accounting
• Prepare specific monthly reports related to OPEX, Inventory, Fixed Assets etc.
• Perform Intercompany Reconciliations
• Prepare SOX Control documentation

What you need to have

• BSc degree in Accounting/Finance
• Accountant Class A signatory rights
• CIMA or similar qualification will be considered an advantage
• 3-5 years working experience in accounting, incl. 1-2 years in costing and/or reporting/budgeting
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good knowledge of SAP (FI and CO modules)
• Excellent Interpersonal skills - Business Acumen – Results and deadline oriented
• Fluency in English
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Outstanding reporting and communication skills
• Project oriented
