Commercial Controlling Supervisor

 The Role:

As a Commercial Controlling Supervisor, you will be leading the Commercial Controlling team, and you will be reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager.

How you will contribute:

• Management of customer discounts according to commercial contracts (trade rebates). Keeping up to date customer discounts records.
• Management of trade promo discounts according to trade activities data). Monthly reporting of trade promo investment.
• Issuing of sales Invoices & Credit notes
• Management of the indirect sales data flow (system interface management with distributors)
• List prices & Customer master data administration & maintenance.
• Customer service/support (internal & external stakeholders) regarding customer differences/reconciliations.
• Introducing & evolving effective assessment tools to minimize risk and identify problem areas.
• Exercising appropriate controls to minimize disputes.
• Identify areas of improvements on the workflow or systems and collaborate with the IT & commercial team to implement the necessary changes.

What you will bring:

A desire to drive growth, manage & motivate a team, as well as and the following experience, knowledges and competencies:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Mathematics. Master’s degree would be considered an asset
• Minimum of 10 years previous working experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG industry
• Experience in managing a team
• Excellent working knowledge of SAP
• Proficient user in MS Office applications
• Highly organizational, professional, and consistent mentality
• Ensure highly quality deliverables in timely manner
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders within & outside the organization
