Your Purpose
As a Junior Sourcing manager, you will be a member of the Commercial team, who will be actively involved in all aspects of sourcing management for both National and Own Brands Portfolio as well as in numerous of projects to ensure growth in sales & shares as well as customer (internal and external) satisfaction.
What you will focus on

Search for new suppliers, via different channels, network research, trade directories, participation in exhibitions, site visits, always aiming at the optimal category performance

Negotiate with suppliers regarding products that belong to the category of your responsibility, for the whole stores network, and ensure buying high quality products (national and own brands) under the best possible terms

Negotiate promotional activities, ensuring maximum product category effectiveness

Secure privileged agreements with different suppliers when it comes to associated costs by focusing mainly on saving resources while at the same time maintaining high quality and timely delivery

Resolve any arising matter in the context of the agreement implementation
What you have
-
BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset
- Working experience 2 to 4 years, in a relevant position at the FMCG sector or product management
- Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
- MS Office literacy. Knowledge of SAP would be considered an asset
