The opportunity

As Credit Control Associate, you support AB's financial performance and cash flow stability by monitoring receivables, applying credit control procedures and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. You contribute to the effective implementation of the company's credit policy, support sound decision-making on customer credit matters and help safeguard the business against credit risk through accurate follow-up, reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will focus on

• Monitor customer outstanding balances, overdue invoices and payment behavior in line with predefined credit terms and Group policies, including real-time review and approval of customer orders.
• Execute and monitor dunning procedures in SAP, following up on overdue receivables and escalating deviations where required.
• Support the administrative management of factoring programs and credit insurance processes.
• Prepare standard accounts receivable reports and relevant performance metrics.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and responding to related inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective receivables management and alignment with credit control procedures.
• Support monthly closing activities related to accounts receivable and credit control.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or a related field. An MSc will be considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, accounts receivable or credit control roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA. This is a mandatory requirement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. This is a mandatory requirement.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
