The ideal candidate will support the Group’s investment activities by monitoring financial data, managing portfolios, and maintaining communication with banking institutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and discreet manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor financial data, investment performance, and portfolio activities
• Record investment transactions in specialized portfolio management software and maintain accurate records
• Prepare investment and performance reports, including ad-hoc analyses
• Support cash-flow management processes
• Review and verify bank charges, commissions, and fees
• Communicate with banking institutions and manage documentation for legal and regulatory purposes
• Assist in producing customized investment and performance reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics and/or Accounting
• Master’s degree in Economics is considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Department
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, discretion, and a desire for continuous professional development
