🔔 ABOUT THE JOB

We are designing and developing iconic luxury residential properties, and we are looking for an Finance Manager with precision, insight, and leadership to support their success. You will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, overseeing performance, and ensuring robust controls across our portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership and collaborating with partners in Sydney, London, and beyond, you will also work directly with our team here, based in Glyfada, to help drive sustainable growth and long-term value.

📝 WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Manage day-to-day accounting (bookkeeping, reconciliations, journal entries)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Oversee VAT, MyData (AADE), tax filings & overall compliance
• Execute payroll in line with Greek labour law, social contributions, and contracts
• Manage payments, cash flow & banking processes
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Use and optimize accounting & payroll software (e.g., Pylon by Epsilon Net, HRM Premium by Data Communication)
• Oversee and manage software licenses and financial systems
• Liaise with AADE, EFKA, GEMI, auditors & external partners
• Collaborate closely with our external accountants for guidance, verification, and best practice support
• Support budgeting, forecasting & project cost tracking
• Help build and improve financial processes and internal controls

⭐ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Fluency in Greek and English
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in Greek accounting and tax compliance
• Deep knowledge of Greek GAAP, VAT, payroll, and local reporting standards
• Strong practical experience with Greek regulatory and administrative processes (AADE, EFKA, GEMI)
• Familiarity with real estate development or construction is a plus
• Tech-savvy with experience using accounting software
• Proficient in MS Office
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
