Responsibilities:

• Supports the management and updating of the Company’s shareholder registry, as well as the maintenance and organization of the Unit’s related records
• Collects, processes, and updates information regarding changes in the Company’s shareholder base
• Supports the management of communication with shareholders and the handling of their requests regarding the exercise of shareholder rights and corporate events
• Contributes to the collection of data and the maintenance of the necessary records related to the Company’s regulatory obligations toward competent authorities and the market
• Participates in the preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing notes regarding the shareholding structure and trading activity of the Company’s shares
• Supports the preparation and administrative organization of the Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders
• Assists in the implementation of corporate actions related to shareholders (e.g. dividend distribution, other corporate actions)
• Supports the process of publishing corporate announcements and the related updating of the shareholder section on the corporate website
• Cooperates with relevant departments of the Company (Legal Services, Finance, Corporate Governance, etc.) for the collection and processing of information related to the shareholder base and shareholder disclosure obligations
• Supports the daily operational needs of the Shareholder Services Unit and monitors administrative pending matters related to its responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University in Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Law or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or Corporate Law will be considered an additional qualification
• Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in roles related to shareholder services, corporate governance, shareholder register management, corporate actions, or regulatory compliance of listed companies, or in financial management
• Experience in shareholder services departments of listed companies will be considered an additional qualification
• Good understanding of the institutional and regulatory framework governing listed companies
• Ability to understand and process corporate and financial information
• Knowledge of General Meeting procedures and corporate actions will be considered an additional qualification
• Understanding of disclosure and regulatory obligations (e.g. MAR, stock exchange regulatory framework) will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) will be considered an additional qualification
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
