Responsibilities:

• Collects, processes and organizes financial and operational data used for Investor Relations purposes
• Supports the preparation of investment presentations, earnings presentations, briefing notes and other material for investors and financial analysts
• Assists in the preparation of supporting material (e.g. Q&A documents, briefing notes) for investor briefings and financial results presentations
• Monitors key financial indicators of the Company and gathers benchmarking data with similar companies in the industry
• Monitors financial analyst reports and gathers information regarding forecasts, estimates and recommendations, supporting the analysis of the relevant data
• Monitors the Company’s share trading activity, key market indicators and relevant developments in the capital markets, compiling summary briefings
• Maintains and updates the investor and analyst database (IR database), recording meetings, communications and other relevant information
• Supports the planning and organization of earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows and investor conferences
• Collaborates with relevant departments of the Company (Finance, Strategy, Budgeting, Corporate Communications, etc.) to collect information required for investor communications
• Supports the updating and maintenance of the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website and assists in the preparation of internal reports on market developments and the investment community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance or in Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification
• Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in Finance
• Experience in Investor Relations of listed companies, Equity Research, Investment Banking or consulting firms will be considered an additional qualification
• Good understanding of capital markets, financial statements and the basic principles of financial reporting (IFRS)
• Very good knowledge of financial analysis and data presentation
• Ability to understand financial data and present it through reports, tables and charts
• Understanding of disclosure obligations applicable to listed companies will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and/or FactSet will be considered an additional qualification
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
