Cosmodata Ltd, a leading company in the field of Technology, Computers & Peripherals, would like to hire immediately:

Credit Collector

for their Financial Department in Athens, reporting to the Head of Accounting of the Group:

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the implementation of the company's credit policy.
• Monitoring and reconciling customer balances.
• Collaborating with the Sales Department to ensure timely collection of customer balances.
• Monitoring and managing bad debt claims.
• Cooperating with the Financial Department to prepare reporting for the Management.
• Collecting debts through communication and collaboration with clients.
• Verifying collections, reconciling balances, and sending reports.
• Supporting credit limit processes and month/year-end closing.
• Forecasting monthly/annual collections.
• Weekly ageing reporting.
• Communicating with clients (private & public sector) and the company's lawyer.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of financial analysis and credit risk management.
• At least 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a role related to credit policy and risk analysis.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook).
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to make decisions in a demanding environment.
• Knowledge of ERP Soft1 Series 6 is desirable.
