Mellon Technologies , on behalf of a major Financial Institute, is seeking a FX, Money Market & OTC Derivatives Operations Administrator to join the team at their premises in Athens.
Markets & Treasury Back Office
Key responsibilities:
· Ensure complete and accurate capturing of FX – Money Market & OTC Derivatives transactions in the systems.
· Create and send Swift messages – monitor the settlement of transactions.
· Post accounting entries.
· Communication with counterparties where and when required.
· Monitoring of margin calls related to OTC Derivatives transactions and settlement
· Perform various reconciliations related to collateral management
· Preparation and dispatch of valuation statements for clients
· Review of Legal Agreements related to Treasury activity against the Bank’s policy
Requirements
· Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.
· Any related professional experience will be considered an asset.
· Basic knowledge of investment products (FX, OTC Derivatives etc.)
· Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially excel and word.
· Fluent in English language.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
