Financial Director

Our team is looking for our next Financial Director. The role is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations and developing strategic financial plans that support the organization’s growth and success. The position plans, designs, and coordinates the implementation of the company’s overall financial policy while overseeing control systems and procedures across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting and financial planning.
• Lead and manage the Finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Establish and improve financial control systems and internal processes.
• Oversee financial operations, including cash flow management, expense monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor company payments and ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.
• Manage working capital and oversee financial flows (operating, financing, and investing activities).
• Supervise borrowing activities and loan repayment schedules.
• Forecast receivables and manage payment timelines to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Oversee accounting processes and ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of monthly financial reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable legislation.
• Contribute to corporate budgeting and financial planning processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
• 4 – 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial risk management.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and support strategic business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in managing financial teams and leading cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
