Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Cost Controller (MIS Team) to join our Finance Division. As part of the Management Information Systems team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate cost analysis, financial reporting, and performance insights that support operational excellence across our Energy and Metals activities.

Your role will encompass:

• Preparing, analyzing, and validating financial and management reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency of cost and performance data
• Monitoring income, expenditures, and operational transactions to ensure alignment with approved budgets and internal controls
• Analyzing budget performance, identifying trends, deficiencies, and cost drivers, and reporting material variances with actionable insights
• Reviewing General Ledger accounts to ensure proper cost allocation and compliance with accounting policies
• Supporting monthly closing activities, including accruals review and cost center analysis
• Partnering closely with Operations, Procurement, and Project teams to monitor cost performance and enhance financial transparency
• Contributing to the development and improvement of MIS dashboards, reporting tools, and automation initiatives
• Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes by providing structured data analysis and performance commentary

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in cost controlling, management reporting, or financial analysis, ideally within industrial, energy, or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles; knowledge of IFRS will be considered an asset
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas); working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and reporting environments
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to interpret large datasets
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Strong interpersonal skills, business partnering approach, and ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
