Scope of the role:
The role is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost management, and providing management with financial analysis, sales performance insights, and reliable data to support informed decision-making, while safeguarding the company’s assets and financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Manager in financial planning, reporting, business analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance, margins, and overall business results.
- Build financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to assess trends, identify risks and opportunities, and evaluate the commercial viability of sales plans and initiatives.
- Participate in month-end closing activities, budgeting cycles, and short- and mid-term business planning processes.
- Prepare, monitor, and track budgets and sales targets, analyzing performance versus plan and explaining variances.
- Produce accurate, timely, and insightful financial and sales reports (management, monthly, and ad hoc) for local management and Corporate Finance.
- Prepare detailed sales, margin, and performance analyses to support commercial decision-making and management reviews.
- Manage commission and bonus schemes, including calculations, validation, controls, and reporting.
- Maintain customer, sales representative, and incentive scheme data in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with reporting needs.
- Support the use and further development of reporting and planning tools.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and appropriate use of all financial information, commercial data, and business plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in an industrial environment or a setting that covers the full accounting and finance cycle (Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Sales).
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA knowledge is a plus) and MS PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce are preferred).
- Experience on Power BI and Tagetik tools considered a plus.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a passion for process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

- A collaborative team player, demonstrating integrity, ethics, and discretion.
- Flexible and willing to travel abroad as required.
