Key Accountabilities
Role Summary
The Financial & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for preparing and consolidating financial statements in accordance with IFRS, analyzing data and supporting management through advanced reporting tools and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, business plans, and investment project evaluations
- Utilize BI tools (e.g., Qlik) and ERP systems (SAP FI/CO/BW/BPC) for reporting and data analysis
- Perform variance analysis and support forecasting and budgeting processes
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
- Liaise with external auditors
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Reporting / Consolidation, ideally in a multinational environment or Big Four
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with Qlik, SAP, and other reporting tools
Desired Skills
- Strong data management and analytical reporting capabilities
- Master’s degree in Finance or Data Analytics (preferred)
- Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, DipIFR, AFM (Financial Modelling Institute), or CFA (preferred)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across different departments
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
