We at Nova, a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a dynamic Financial Analyst to be part of our Financial Planning & Control team. 

You have a challenging mission for: 

Supporting our financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. You will partner with key business teams to provide clear financial insights that guide decisions and drive growth.

What you will do:

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and performance tracking.                                                                                                          
• Provide analytical support to strategic planning by modeling business scenarios and assessing financial impacts                                                                                                       
• Analyze trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) across business segments to generate financial insights that drive growth                                                                             
• Act as a Finance Business partner to commercial, sales, and operations teams         
• Evaluate commercial propositions to assess profitability and alignment with business strategy                                                                                                             
•  Translate financial data into actionable business insights for non-finance stakeholders

It would be great if you have:

• A University Degree in Finance (a postgraduate degree will be considered an asset)
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in the telecommunications sector is appreciated
• Solid knowledge of P&L, basic accounting principles, IFRS, and strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proven financial modeling skills
