Our Finance team is seeking a Financial & Reporting Analyst to play a key role in financial reporting, analysis and budgeting, supporting management decision-making and enhancing the efficiency of financial processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management reporting
• Financial statements preparation
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Intercompany transactions analysis
• Participation in various financial management and process improvement projects

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related fields
• MSc in Economic/Finance field – MBA or ACCA/CIMA desirable
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role (preferably in Manufacturing/Industrial organizations)
• Knowledge of IFRS is considered an asset
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems (preferably SAP)
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek and English)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret financial data
• Self-motivated, reliable and flexible team player
