Epsilon Net, the Largest Group of Business Software in Greece with a full portfolio of specialized services and software solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Division and support the Group’s strategic decision-making in Athens or Thessaloniki.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, performance monitoring, and business partnering with senior leadership, contributing directly to the Group’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Support and contribute to the annual budgeting process, forecasting cycles, and financial planning.

Develop insightful financial models, presentations, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives and business reviews.

Collaborate directly with C-level management, providing clear, well-structured analyses and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Maintain high standards of financial governance, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and internal reporting policies.

Utilize BI tools to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and visualization quality.

Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of financial insights and proactive support.

Assist in developing executive-ready presentations for management, the Board, and investors, contributing to clarity, accuracy, and strategic messaging.

Support the preparation of investment cases, scenario analyses, and performance bridges for strategic and investor-related discussions.

Contribute to transforming complex financial data into concise, visually compelling insights and slides for senior leadership.

Assist management in communications with investors and external advisors, helping ensure alignment and consistency across financial narratives and reporting materials.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered an asset.

5–8 years of professional experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar finance roles, ideally within a multinational environment or the IT / technology sector.

Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling.

Strong understanding of IFRS and corporate reporting frameworks.

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP and reporting systems is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with proven experience delivering content to senior executives.
