Jungheinrich Greece is looking for a motivated Credit Controller to join its Finance Department. The role is responsible for monitoring customer payments, handling daily communication, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely updates in the company’s systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding customer balances and ensure timely collections
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding payments, invoices, and discrepancies
• Resolve issues related to billing and payments in collaboration with internal departments
• Maintain accurate records and update ERP/CRM systems
• Prepare reports on collection status and aging analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Strong MS Office and digital skills
• Customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and strong organization skills
