We are looking for an ambitious Financial Controller to join our dynamic team!

The successful candidate will be assisting senior finance staff with budgeting, financial reporting and accounting tasks including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, monitoring budgets, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, supporting management decision-making,
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports providing variance analysis against budget and prior periods to support strategic decision-making.
- Supporting the annual budget process and monitoring variances between actual and budgeted figures.
- Reconciling accounts and performing consistency checks on financial transactions and data.
- Preparing of IFRS-compliant financial statements on both standalone and consolidated levels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Managing the month-end and year-end closing processes and related activities across subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with Group policies and deadlines.
- Analyzing financial performance, cost management, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
- Assisting with internal and external audits, serving as the primary liaison facilitating audits, due diligence processes, and other financial projects.
- Identifying and recommend improvements to finance processes and controls.
Key qualifications:
- University degree in Economics or relevant field.
- Αt least 3-4 years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (verbal & written).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with different teams.
- Analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while under supervision and to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliability, honesty, flexibility, problem solving and teamworking behavior and attitude.
