What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.

• Conduct cost analysis and evaluate the profitability of projects and products.

• Contribute to cash flow management and working capital analysis.

• Provide insights and feedback on financial results to senior management.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general accounting tasks.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors when required.

• Recommend improvements to financial processes and systems.

What you need to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) or willingness to pursue one.

• 1–3 years of experience in a Management Accountant role.

• Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software (ideally SoftONE).

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to “see beyond the numbers.”

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Very good command of the English language.
