At Evergrow S.A. we are looking for a Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist to join the team of Grand Value S.A., a team that values excellence and innovation, and client success as well.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies and policies under the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Conducting thorough financial analysis and benchmarking studies, using sophisticated tools and databases (TP Catalyst, Royalty Range, VBA).
• Preparing, planning, and implementing appropriate transfer pricing methods (by type of transaction) to specific situations.
• Conducting detailed review of facts, relating to transfer pricing and preparing documentation reports. 
• Advising on transfer pricing legislation and compliance, ensuring adherence to global standards.
• Leading and participating in client engagements, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Maintaining client relations and leading the management team.
• Support on tax audits.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and practices.
• Collaborating and leading team members on diverse projects, ensuring the highest quality of work.
• Business planning and enterprise valuations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Law. A master’s degree or related professional qualifications (i.e. ADIT) will be considered a plus.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in transfer pricing.
• Independent initiative, coupled with exceptional teamwork skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management skills.
• Fluency in English and strong computer literacy.
