Location: Athens Head Office
The Business Development manager is responsible to lead and execute the hotel cluster sales strategy, ensuring sustained revenue growth while safeguarding the individuality, heritage, and positioning of the brands. The role combines commercial insights with high-touch relationship management to connect global luxury travellers with the brand’s unique story.
Expertise Required
- Strategic commercial mindset with a proven record of luxury hotel revenue growth.
- Strong international network in luxury travel trade and corporate markets.
- Leadership and talent development skills with a multicultural team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and brand storytelling abilities.
- Deep understanding of luxury traveller expectations and lifestyle trends.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
