We are seeking an experienced professional in the field of Accounting, with in-depth knowledge of SAP and the ability to manage complex invoicing and credit control processes, for a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of renewal at the end of the initial term.
The role will act as a key liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, and Heineken’s Business Shared Services in Krakow. Working closely with the local Finance team, you will ensure efficient financial operations, seamless collaboration across functions, and full compliance with company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management and oversight of accounting processes through SAP (FI module).
- Invoice review and approval, and management of any arising issues related to invoices.
- Coordination with the Legal Department on compliance matters and contractual obligations towards clients and partners.
- Collaboration with the Sales Department to monitor credit limits and outstanding obligations.
- Communication with Heineken’s Business Shared Services team in Krakow for troubleshooting and integrated communication with colleagues.
- Monitoring and analysis of receivables and payables from customers and partners.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and internal audits.
- Support of processes through SAP reports and further automation initiatives towards transition to SAP S4/HANA.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration).
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP (preferably the FI module).
- Experience in cross-functional collaborations.
- Understanding of legal and tax frameworks affecting financial processes.
- Experience in an international environment or working with Shared Services teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Very good command of English (written and verbal).
