What you will do

Lead and coordinate the Accounting department (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Tax).

Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Oversee closing processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and control schedules.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and tax regulations.

Coordinate internal and external audits, implementing improvements as needed.

Approve and sign off annual financial statements for submission to the relevant authorities.

Monitor and strengthen internal control systems and procedures.

Support budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with the FP&A team.

Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior management.

Mentor, develop, and inspire the accounting team to achieve high performance.
What you need to bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA will be considered a plus).

Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).

7–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience with tax filings and regulatory compliance.

Strong knowledge of SoftONE and Excel.

Proven leadership, team development, and communication skills.

Integrity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Very good command of the English language, as day-to-day communication within the department is conducted in English.
