A Day in the Life

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a talent for navigating complex processes? We're seeking a dynamic Tender Specialist to join our Pricing & Contracting Team. In this critical role, you'll manage the tendering process in Greece, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to seize business opportunities and drive growth.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Manage total tender preparation and submission process, from the time of announcement to contract signing
• Partner with Operating Units (OU) and Enterprise Accounts (EA) to align tender strategies with broader business objectives and enhance cross-functional collaboration
• Develop, issue, and manage tender documents (RFQs, RFTs, RFIs, etc.), ensuring high-quality submissions that align with company policies and objectives
• Prepare and submit bids via iSupplies and Cosmoone platforms
• Collaborate with Operating Units and the relevant functions to gather necessary documents and information, ensuring timely submission of complete offers to Tendering Authorities
• Monitor and manage contracts related to tenders and RFQs
• Updating the company’s systems with tender information
• Maintain physical and digital archives of supporting documents used during tender stages and monitor competitors' bid documents in public tenders

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Tendering / Pricing department
• Good working knowledge of I-supplies /Cosmo one/ ESIDIS platforms
• Knowledge of public procurement law (4412 and updates)
• Advanced MS office knowledge especially Excel &Word
• English full working proficiency
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (will be considered a plus)
• Working knowledge of Vendavo (will be considered a plus)
