Job Purpose

We are looking for a Credit & Control & Collection Associate who will ensure the effective management of customer accounts by monitoring balances, securing timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in safeguarding the company's financial health by reducing outstanding debts, supporting contract administration, and fostering collaboration across Finance, Accounting, and Legal functions.

What you will focus on

• Record and update payments in payment files.
• Extract and monitor customer and partner account statements.
• Communicate with customers regarding balance management, outstanding invoices, corrections, and related matters.
• Maintain records of insurance policies.
• Manage and terminate Franchise, sublease, and equipment sales contracts for stores.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Legal departments to ensure smooth processes.

What you have

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 with emphasis on Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience in a similar role or in administrative/financial support
• BSc in Business Administration, Architecture/ Interior Design, Supply Chain Management or any related field
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
