Mondelez Hellas Production S.A. – Pavlidis Chocolate Factory, a leading company in the production and distribution of high-quality food products, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Controller to join its factory in Kato Petralona, Athens.

What You’ll Do

• • Partner with the Factory Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company standards.
  • Support budget preparation, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
  • Monitor production costs and provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and support audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and production teams.

• What We’re Looking For

  • • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/ACCA/CIMA is an advantage).
    • Prior finance experience is not mandatory.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Confident in using Excel and other data analysis tools.
    • Strong written and spoken English.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
