AlfaOmega, Greece’s leading pharmaceutical logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join its team. Following the recent strategic investment by Halcyon Equity Partners, the company is entering a new phase of expansion and operational development. This role is key to supporting that growth, through robust financial reporting, performance tracking, and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly financial close, reporting, and variance analysis
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Provide commercial support through contract monitoring and profitability analysis
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks across operations and commercial functions
- Extract and analyze financial and operational data from ERP (Entersoft), WMS, and BI systems
- Contribute to financial systems’ improvements and support leadership in decision-making
Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a Controlling or FP&A role
- Prior experience in a structured finance environment (e.g., corporate finance, Big Four, or industry)
- Exposure to logistics, services, or healthcare/pharma sectors is a plus
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency with ERP systems (Entersoft preferred) and Excel
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Based in or willing to work on site at Aspropyrgos
