During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:
Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor
for our Finance Department
based in our headquarters in Kifisia
What you will be doing:
- Consolidating inputs to create the P&L of the company in all forecasts
- Owning the whole process of forecasting and monitoring OPEX & CAPEX of the company
- Forecasting & analysing all the elements affecting the BS/CF of the company
- Key contribution and consolidation of the inputs in the Monthly Performance Review of the company to Region (CEEI)
- Preparing a variety of reports and presentations for both internal & external use, including top management, with elements of his responsibility
- Acting as a partner to all budget owners of the organization in the fields of CF/OPEX/CAPEX
- Proactively identifying risks and opportunities in the fields of CF/OPEX/CAPEX
- Participating in cross-functional processes & projects as they occur
- Acting as Finance Business Partner to Admin function
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting, or MBA will be considered an advantage
- Approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or Beverage industry
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP, HFM)
- Full proficiency in MS Office, power user of MS Excel
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written & oral
- Strong analytical skills, attentio to detail and decision-making abilities
- Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
