Payroll Specialist

Scope:
A Payroll Specialist is responsible for various tasks related to payroll processing. Being part of our HR Team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape our employees’ future.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies.
- Collects monthly data from timekeeping and payroll systems.
- Processes for payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
- Ensures compliance with local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a payroll officer or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another related field.
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in ERGANI processing.
- Proficient with payroll software, ideally with SCAN HRMS.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
- Organizational and leadership skills.
