Hotel Financial Analyst
This position is to be employed on the property. The reporting line is to the Financial Controller and/or the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Financial Controller in preparing and reviewing monthly operating results, monthly forecasts and annual budgets
- Prepare management reports on time and ensure delivery deadlines
- Verify financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate
- Support all stakeholders in the monthly Dynamic Forecast process
- Defining and applying controlling policies per corporate policy and ensure compliance with Group's financial standards
- Assist proactively with cost control requirements and policies
- Assist with profit improvement opportunities for hotel operations, monitor and improve operation costs
- Work with Financial Controller to create efficiencies and automatization within the daily processes for controlling and P&L reporting
- Assists in internal audit processes
- Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees
- Participating in any additional and/or special projects as requested by the Financial Controller
Qualifications / personal characteristics:
- BSc/MSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Speaks and writes Greek and English fluently and has excellent communication skills
- 1 year of professional training gained up to property-based as Financial Analyst, Accountant or Cost Controller
- Critical thinking, analytical skills and very well-organised
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ideally, working knowledge of back offices or accounting systems preferably SoftOne
- Financial/business decision-making skills
