We are seeking a highly motivated Operational Auditor to join our Strategy & Transformation team in Marousi.

As an Operational Auditor, you will be responsible responsible for assessing and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes. The role focuses on identifying risks, streamlining operations, and ensuring adherence to internal controls, industry regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

•  Conduct operational audits across logistics functions including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and procedures related to logistics operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas of non-compliance.
• Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels to assess operational performance.
• Verify compliance with health & safety, customs, transportation, and industry-specific regulations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with operations, quality assurance, and compliance teams to implement improvements.
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure the execution of corrective actions.
• Support investigations into service failures, delays, or losses when needed.

• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, risk management, and internal controls.
• Results-oriented with a deep understanding of company mission, objectives, and departmental targets to drive successful outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and gather relevant data.
• Ability to interpret and analyze KPI dashboards, performance metrics, and operational data.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with audit tools/software.
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or additional training in Internal Auditing, Risk Management, or Operations Management is a plus.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in internal or operational auditing, preferably in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
