We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and entrepreneurial members to join the new Quantuma Vietnam team. Quantuma Vietnam is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to manage and deliver complex, cross-border restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception to closure.

• Manage and execute complex cross border restructuring and insolvency engagements, particularly across Quantuma offices.
• Work closely with senior management to create value for clients in high-stakes, distressed situations.
• Critically analyse financial information and business requirements to produce turnaround strategies.
• Produce high-quality client written content and verbal updates and presentations.
• Reports to the Managing Directors in the Vietnam Office or Managing Directors in other Quantuma offices on cross-border assignments. This role has specific support for our operation in Hong Kong.

profile

• Professionally qualified – CA/CFA/CPA/ACA/ACCA.
• 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment.
• Willing to travel (where possible).
