Polygreen Culture & Art Initiative (PCAI), a highly awarded non-profit organization based in Piraeus, Greece, is seeking a Finance & Programs Administration Officer with experience in European funding programs and grants to join our dynamic and environmentally engaged team.

🔹 Responsibilities

The selected candidate will manage grant applications, budgeting and financial reporting (Creative Europe, Horizon, Erasmus+, Life, etc.), and support the overall implementation of EU-funded cultural and environmental projects.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Fundraising, European Programs, or related field
• Proven experience in fundraising, EU funding programs, and grant management
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budget preparation, statements auditing
• Fluent in Greek, advanced in English
• Experience in contracting, administration, and logistics
• Methodical, analytical thinker with attention to detail
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Prior experience in non-profit sector (AMKE) will be considered an asset
