We are looking for a Business Finance Analyst to support decision-making by analyzing data, identifying trends and providing insights.

Business Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participates in the financial monitoring and analysis of monthly results
• Analyzes variances in P&L, KPIs, Capex, and Stock
• Assists in the preparation and development of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts
• Provides an accurate financial overview by identifying risks and opportunities based on KPI analysis
• Conducts ad-hoc analyses to support various business initiatives and projects
• Collaborates with operational teams to consolidate, validate, and interpret business data
• Analyzes key business processes and works with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and translate needs into effective reporting solutions

Qualifications:

• BSc in Economics, Finance or a related field, MSc degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus
• Proven experience in a similar position for 3-5 years
• Experience in the automotive industry will be considered as an asset
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral)
• Excellent use of MS Office suite and knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Knowledge of BI is highly desirable
