We are looking for a highly talented individual to play a key role in driving financial strategy and business performance. The role will be contributing to business decisions by providing financial analysis, planning, and reporting support to the organization.

You will have the opportunity to support the team in analyzing financial data and providing insights that guide the direction of the company. Additionally, you will learn how to present this information in a simple, understandable way to stakeholders.
- Support the EMEA Commercial Finance team in preparing reporting packages, analyses, and narratives to business partners and senior management with emphasis on identifying variance drivers and recommending actions.
- Maximize use of financial systems to drive growth (revenue pipeline review and forecast, recurring revenue streaming, and booking accuracy).
- Drive budgeting and forecasting support (enable accurate visibility of how we are tracking).
- Work closely with different departments and cooperate with local finance team across EMEA countries to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist vertical leaders and their teams with forecast, revenue, billing, and contract inquiries as needed.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) with testing, requirements development, reviews, and analysis.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations and/or Consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business majors.
- CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, Implementation experience a plus.
- Experience with reporting and visualization software required, Power BI is a plus.
- Experience in the Tech/Software industry (with recurring revenues) a plus.
- High proficiency in Excel required.
- Displays a strong ability to build models and develop outputs for stakeholder-friendly consumption.
- Has a proven track record of extracting, manipulating, and delivering insights from large data sets.
- Manages ambiguity, proactively ideating solutions to key business problems.
- Can influence peers and leaders, presenting financial concepts to a non-financial audience.
