About the role
We are currently looking for a Payroll Senior Associate with great organizational skills, passion, positive attitude, strong people-and team-centric mindset and work ethic to join and support our Payroll Compensation & Benefits Department.
The ideal candidate should have a flair for numbers, be able to handle sensitive information, be familiar with labor legislation and coordinate end to end processing of EMEAA payrolls, including salaried and hourly staff.
What you will be doing:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, liaise with external providers, and ensure compliance with Greek labor laws.
- Support employees on payroll and benefits-related inquiries, maintaining accurate data and records.
- Coordinate the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, exits) and facilitate onboarding sessions.
- Administer employee benefits programs and act as the point of contact with benefit providers.
- Monitor and update platforms like Ergani for overtime, and maintain employee records (digital and physical).
- Contribute to improving HR policies and practices, and support compensation/benefits projects and group initiatives.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar functions (Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, People Operations, HR).
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, HR management or in relevant fields is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of human resources operations and best practices, compensation & benefits understanding would be preferred.
- Exposure to effective Labor Law, employment regulations and payroll practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, punctuality and attention to detail.
