TechYourFuture program provides a unique combination of learning and working experience where you will get formal training in a variety of IT skills. In parallel you will have the opportunity to work and learn within Eurobank’s well-structured environments by collaborating with experienced executives of 2nd and 3rd defense line units. Training will also include soft skills development which is essential to perform and build your potential!
TechYourFuture program is empowered by Microsoft to include a vast area of topics such as Data science, IT security, Cloud, Computer networks, IT and Risk Governance. You will be given opportunities to gain certifications in most of the above fields and build a strong professional profile.
The selected candidates will step into roles that blend business insight with technological innovation across our Compliance, Audit, or Risk units.
But hold on! We’re looking for more than just a great CV: We’re looking for your unique personality.
If placed in Compliance:
- Participate in the implementation of compliance and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) related Bank projects, support the annual plan of the Unit and other relevant initiatives.
- Developing maintaining and improving BI tools, including dashboards, calculations, and the development of clear visualizations and overviews to support internal data evaluation processes.
If placed in Internal Audit:
- Identify potential vulnerabilities, risks, and weaknesses in IT systems.
- Assists in the evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal controls within an Information technology (IT) infrastructure and collaborate with management in offering pragmatic solutions to manage risk and improve IT processes.
If placed in Risk:
- Managing data and analyzing portfolios (NP formation, impairment, risk classification, etc.)
- Actively participating in the full cycle of IFRS 9 data loading and impairment calculation, while identifying credit risk drivers.
No matter the unit, you will get to:
- Cooperate with Bank’s various Business Units and contribute to identify improvement opportunities and research of automated solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing and future bank’s projects, based on each Business Units responsibilities.
- Gain hands-on experience on various applications and tools used inside the Bank’s Divisions (Microsoft Azure, 365 & Power BI, Programming Languages).
You will be an ideal candidate for us if you:
- Are a university graduate (BSc) or postgraduate (MSc) with a respective University degree - non-IT background. Engineering with no IT background (indicatively: civil engineers, chemical engineers), Data science background (indicatively: Mathematics, Statistics, Physics), Finance, Accounting & Business background (indicatively: Financial, Accounting, Economics & Business background), Social & Humanity Sciences)
- Have 0 - 2 years of work experience
- Are tech savvy, curious and self-motivated
- Are passionate for innovation, creativity, originality
- Possess critical thinking and can deal with complex problems
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English language
- Have fulfilled your military obligations (for male participants)
