Credit Control Assistant
The role reports to Accounting Supervisor, and will be based in Metamorfosi, Attica.

What You Will Enjoy Doing:
- Perform necessary controls to ensure efficient receipts and proceeds accordingly
- Monitor and update the data in the ERP to keep track of customer accounts on a regular basis
- Suggest improvements to the collection process and create the collection action plan
- Control the orders and balances of customers to ensure the timely and valid credit check
- Prepare the weekly ageing report about the customers open balance and the monthly cash projection report for the Accounting Manager
- Issue credit invoices following the commercial agreements where necessary
- Provide the necessary financial data to the commercial department to support commercial agreements based on the commercial and financial terms of the company
- Perform monthly reconciliation with regards to the account receivable open balances
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or in relevant field is essential
- Relevant Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in credit department
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS- Office environment
- SAP Knowledge will be considered an asset
- Experience on ERP systems will be considered an asset
- Being a team player
- Strong communication skills
