Greek and European market.We are looking for a passionate Data Report Analyst to join our team to help us get the most out of our data. In this position, you will have the opportunity to transfer significantly to the reception of data analysis and the production of relevant reports!

The Reporting Specialist and Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights to the company and its clients. In this position, you will be responsible for generating accurate and detailed reports, performing data analysis, and identifying trends and patterns to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure reports meet customers’ needs within specific time lines.
• Develop and maintain data models, create and generate dashboards and reports, using tools such as Power BI, excel, MS Access, Powerpoint and other Genesis reporting applications and tools on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Collect and analyze daily data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain existing and generate new reports with performance metrics and other performance indicators.  
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participation in cost scenario analysis and performance of the operational team.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or Related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Reporting.
• Proficiency in Data visualization tools such as Power BI, MS Excel, MS Access and Visual Basic.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actions, upgrades and proposals.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
