Kyknos team having an extended presence in production of food, is looking forward to recruit a Financial Planning & Sales Analyst for the Head office team, in Athens.

The position is full time with indefinite duration, reporting to Financial Controller.

Main responsibilities of the position of Financial Planning & Sales Analyst:

Contributes to the preparation of the monthly Management report, comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Understands customer business models to support go to market / channel strategy development

Participates in budgeting and planning processes

Participates in the preparation of ad hoc financial and management reporting, forecasting and budgeting projects

Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in ERP & Reporting tools

Assists in maintenance and update of the cost centers and their analysis

Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses

Determines costs of operations by collecting operational data

Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

Coordinates financial information requirements

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Knowledge and Technical skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics
• Up to 5 years of professional experience

• 2 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience (with understanding of month-close process and how it impacts P&L and B/S), preferably coming from a FMCG multinational organization.

• Excellent MS Excel skills (Power BI is a considered an asset)
• Good knowledge in financial modeling techniques and analyzing Trial Balances (P&L & BS)
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
