Revenue and Capacity, forecasting and budgeting.

Monitor and understand competitor pricing, local market dynamics, and demand generators.

Implement revenue management techniques to enhance profitability

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Receive telephone calls and handle customer issues or direct messages to appropriate personnel in a friendly and efficient manner.

Provide customers with the requested information concerning the availability, type of cars, rate suggestions and offers.

Recommend changes in strategy to react quickly to changing situations.

Optimize distribution channels.

Obtain the necessary information from the clients and enter it into the car rental system as a quotation.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠
- Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Hospitality or other related field.
- Computer Knowledge and aptitude to learn new software and platforms
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly responsible and reliable person
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Outgoing personality
