Position Description: Financial Budgeting & Reporting Analyst

The suitable candidate will be actively involved in producing budgetary reports to ensure the organization makes sound financial decisions. This role combines strategic thinking with daily financial management and accounting responsibilities. The Budgeting & Reporting Analyst closely collaborates with the organizational leadership and financial personnel to prepare budget reports and create long-term financial plans. Additionally, they identify areas for cost-saving initiatives, expense control, and overall efficiency enhancement.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Economics or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Very good command of the English language
• Basic knowledge of Accounting
• Knowledge of payroll processing (will be appreciated)
• Relevant experience in planning and programming the annual budget, forecasting, and analyzing variances from the budget

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in designing effective budget models for departments and the entire company
• Analyzes various financial reports and compares them to the budget
• Monitors existing reports of actual and budgetary results in conjunction with official financial statements
• Assists in constructing budget scenarios in line with current financial indicators
• Participates in forecasting operational expenses and payroll costs
