A day in the life…

• Collection of money (cash or checks) according to daily collection program 
• Managing the outstanding balances failing due and contact customers before the balances become overdue, review customer’s aging, manage all potential bad debts, DSO & overcome stall tactics and objections
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Working effectively with other company’s departments in order to prevent payment delays (sales, customer service etc.)

What makes you successful 

• University Degree in Finance/Business or Economics
• Postgraduate studies in Business Administration or Finance would be a plus 
• Short experience in Financial Analysis will be considered as a plus
• Strong PC knowledge (MS office – particularly Excel)
• Results focus, initiative, proactive cooperation
• Hard worker, fast learner, good team player
• Fluency in Greek & English
• Experience in SAP will be a plus
• Driving License is required
