Πλήρης απασχόλησηDEMO SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for a responsible Reliability Manager to administer and organize projects of our technical department based in Kryoneri.
The Reliability Manager is responsible for overseeing asset reliability and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and long-term operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Be involved in analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and helping implement corrective actions.
- Integrate reliability engineering into the site maintenance strategy to drive long‑term performance improvement and failure elimination.
- Use preventive maintenance data to help analyze failures, downtime, and overall maintenance performance
- Identify equipment hot spots (by line / area) and drive action plans to resolve Top 3 issues per review period.
- Drive a risk‑based preventive maintenance approach (“less but better PM”) and low‑cost reliability improvements.
- Provide technical input to engineering and capital projects, ensuring reliability principles are applied throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure effective execution of technical activities
- Monitor, support, and ensure the proper installation, commissioning, and reliable operation of new equipment after delivery
- Support the proper operation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of existing equipment, including upgrades and modifications
- Support the identification of improvement opportunities in existing machinery and coordinate upgrade or enhancement projects to increase efficiency and reliability
Requirements
- Degree from a Technical or Engineering School (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or similar).
- 3+ solid experience in reliability, maintenance, or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD) for layout review and minor design modifications
- Good understanding of RCA and structured problem-solving and maintenance improvement principles
- Experience with ERP / CMMS systems (PM module) and data‑driven reliability analysis.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
