About the role:

As an Industrial Presales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer orders and supporting the delivery of industrial products and solutions. The role involves guiding clients and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers toward optimal outcomes, while ensuring high-quality service in line with KAFKAS’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of technical and commercial offers and execution of customer orders
  • Proactive customer communication regarding order status and delivery progress
  • Close collaboration with internal teams, including B2B Sales, Retail Network, Order Flow & Supply Chain, Product Management, Lighting Department, Purchasing, and the Industrial Solutions & e-Mobility BU
  • Communication and negotiation with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms and ensure efficient order fulfillment

Previous experience is not mandatory. A strong willingness to learn, technical curiosity, and motivation for development are key success factors for this role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic way of thinking
  • Bachelor’s degree from a Technical University or Institute
    (A postgraduate degree in a technological field or an MBA will be considered an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and initiative-taking mindset
  • Interest and ease in understanding industrial products (Power distribution, motion control and automation systems sensors etc.) will be highly considered
