The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Maintenance Planning Coordinator | Συντονιστής Προγραμματισμού Συντήρησης”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Maintenance Superintendent of the Care & Maintenance department in Stratoni & Maddem Lakko.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the scheduling of maintenance activities for mobile and fixed equipment (underground and surface).
• Maintain and update maintenance schedules in coordination with the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractor-led activities to ensure alignment with planned schedules and requirements.
• Track and monitor the progress and execution of planned maintenance activities, reporting on completion status, delays, issues, or deviations.
• Track equipment performance against plans and escalate discrepancies to the Superintendent.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contractor hours, and work progress, and support the preparation of related documentation (e.g., work tracking, basic reporting).
• Monitor maintenance activities of loading equipment at Stratoni Port.
• Assist in coordinating materials, services, and contractor availability.
• Maintain records of personnel attendance, shifts, and time schedules.
• Assist with supply requests and coordination with relevant departments (Procurement, Warehouse).
• Follow all maintenance and safety procedures, identify/report unsafe conditions or environmental concerns observed during site visits, and ensure that activities are aligned with established requirements.
• Liaise with Maintenance, Safety, and other relevant departments to support smooth execution of maintenance activities (i.e. preventive maintenance schedule, equipment installation and modification, action lists, safety works procedures, training, data sending).
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (TE).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical skills in process optimization, project engineering, and equipment sizing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio), ERP systems, and process simulation software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Driving license.
