You have a challenging mission to:
ensure the smooth, accurate, and efficient operation of the company’s warehouse, supporting all technical projects by managing materials, equipment, and inventory with precision and responsibility. You will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and dispatching goods, maintaining proper stock levels, and coordinating closely with procurement and technical teams to guarantee timely availability of materials required for ongoing works.
What you will do:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and equipment
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure safe, clean, and efficient storage conditions
- Prepare and dispatch orders to project sites in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory checks and reconciliations
- Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to ensure material availability for ongoing projects
- Handle documentation related to goods movement (delivery notes, invoices, stock records)
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks) in a safe and responsible manner
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages in materials
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
It would be great if you have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, ideally within a technical or construction company
- Basic understanding of technical materials, tools, and equipment
- A valid forklift operator license (considered an asset)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and meet deadlines
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
